How do I change the e-mail of a player, who "lost" his e-mail address and got a new?

Hi Carsten5,

You can not change the email address of a non-virtual player. In this case, the player will need to be log and edit the email address itself (If he remembers his UserId / Password).
Otherwise, send us is old and new email address to SupportSGv3@statsgenie.com and we will change it for you.

I am having this issue as well and I actually had the guy log in to update his email. It still shows his old email in the main email field. I can see his new email in the new email and confirm email fields but it doesn't update. I don't understand, as league Administrator, I should be able to edit this. How can I get this corrected?

please send the user info with old and new emails to supportSgv3@statsgenie.com and we will change the users email for you.
