Don't receive mails, nor gets mail when trying to reset password

I can't enter my profile, nor receive mail invites, i don't receive the mail when resetting password. Email *****
What can I do?

Hi Chris,
Your email was placed on our email BlackList, as you probably have clicked in the past on one of the "If you don't want to receive any more emails from StatsGenie, please click here." link.
Your email has been removed from the blacklist, you can now try the "Reset Password" option and you should receive emails from now on.
