Timezone change?

Hi,
My league has monthly events and at the completion of an event, I send out an invite for the next event. So last month, I set up an invite for this month's event. But in between then and now we switched from daylight savings time to standard time. And my event seems to have changed time from when I set it up.
I'm wondering if this is because I setup the event before the switch.
I'm pretty sure that I set the event as:
Start: 10 Nov 20:00
End: 11 Nov 00:00
But now it shows as:
Start: 10 Nov 19:00
End: 10 Nov 23:00
I've had a bunch of people confused about the start time. Is this a bug or did I do something wrong?
