StatsGenie's HSOP

I sent out invites to join my league and have been told that they are getting messages that say the url is no longer available. When they try to register it says they already have an account. When they try to reset the password, says it does not work. Please help.

They are also getting error messages that say several accounts found with this email, and it won't allow them to reset the password or register under their email address. They are getting error messages that read "oops and error occurred. Please try again in a few minutes". Won't go anywhere past that.
