Users can't register / login

After importing my league into V3, I created an event. I invited people to it. And then I got emails from a lot of them saying that they tried to register, but it failed.

I went through and double checked every single user that is marked as "Regular" in my league and made sure that I clicked "send info" to them. And still they aren't able to register and login.

I'm not sure what process I should be going through to troubleshoot what's going wrong. But there's obviously many in the league who are able to respond to invites and many who aren't. And I can't tell what's going on with those who aren't able to login.

Can you give me some ideas of what to look for to help resolve these issues?

Also curious if anyone else has experienced this problem.

At the moment, virtual players have no way to answer an event except by contacting their league administrator. The email that your virtual players received was not supposed to have any link. This being said, last friday we reworked the process in order to let virtual players to be able to anwser event invitations the same way a real player can. If a virtual player answer your event by the links in the email, we will offer him/her to register by completing the information we already have from this player.

This functionality will be implemented later today. We will send you another message as soon has we update the website.

We hope that this process will ease future your events management!
