i have a number of people let me know that that can't see the results of a tournament whether they played in it or not.what can be done?thanks

I guess you are talking about unregistered players trying to see your public league data?

If so, we are currently in Q.A. phase of a fix for this, we added a new "Statistics" tab for unregistered players so they can search and display stats without having to register.

We also added a direct link that admins will be able to send to their players to have direct access to the stats (registered or not). We will try to get this out as rapidly as possible.

If you are talking about authenticated users, please give more information.

I also have registered players with my league that can't see a tournament if they didn't make that one but have made previous ones.what do I do?

Hi,

for some reason, you set all your players to "Inactive", including yourself.

You need to:
- Goto 'Manage Leagues'
- Select your league and "All Seasons" tab
- Click on 'Player Management by League & Season'
- Click on the 'Inactive Players' tab
- Select the players you wish to set to active and click on the 'Is Active' checkbox
- Save your changes.

Please also note that inactive players will be able to see public league data in next release.

ok I did that, now they can only see season 10, anything else I can do?

V3 b14.00 implemented today adresses this point

- Unauthenticated players can now see public league stats
- League admins can send direct league / season link to players to have access (even if your league is private).
- Fixed issue that rendered tournament viewing impossible if you had not played in the tournament
