Blacklisted email

I was trying to help a player access his account last night and when he tried to utilize the password reset option he was told that his email account is blacklisted.

How can I as administrator of the league determine if/when this happens to any of my players?
How does the player then get off the blacklist?

Hi,

if a player has clicked on the "If you don't want to receive any more emails from StatsGenie, please click here link". This means all emails that would normally go out to him will be blocked.

There is no way for adminsitrators to view and modify this information.

If the player no longer wishes to be on the black list, he can send us an email at supportSGv3@Statsgenie.com from his blacklisted email requesting that we remove him from our blacklist, he will then receive future emails.

Okay, thanks or the information. I will forward it on to my player and have him send you the request.
