Merge Player Accounts

Hi,

I had a problem getting emails through to one of my players: Cory *** (with the hotmail address).

He gave me his work email address, so I created a new profile using that email address.

Can you merge the old Cory *** (hotmail) into the new Cory *** (***@***.ca) for me? I can't seem to merge that direction on my own.

Hi,

the reason you cannot merge this way is because you cannot merge an activated account into a non activated (virtual) account.

We Have merged the virtual account into his old account, but changed his account email to the new one as per your request.
