Blacklist Player

Hi,

I have a player (Damjan S) in my league (Crosbie's Basement) who seems to be on the blacklist.

Can you remove him from that list so that he can start getting emails?

Also, in his profile, he has two email addresses. Would it be possible to remove the 2nd?

Hi,

the player in question is not listed on our blacklist or suppression list of any kind. It may be an issue caused by 2 emails in his profile... Otherwise, have him check his spam and maybe whitelist statsgenie.com to reduce false spam detection.

We will gladly remove one of his adresses, please confirm if he wishes to keep the hotmail address or the other one.

Also, player has 2 accounts, (one created in 2005 and one created in 2010), do you want us to merge both accounts into the 2010 account?
