Help Activating A Player into My League

I created accounts for 65 players last week and I sent out the Activate Account email. I have one player who has never seen that e-mail, but they joined through a direct link I sent out at one point. They are unable to access their account and link to My League.

When they try to sign in, it says their email is already in use.

Do you have any recommendations on how to get them Activated? Is there a workaround?

Thank you so much for the very quick response and assistance! The four players who couldn't get in are now activated and able to see our league.
