Hi,
How can I remove an upcoming event? There seems to be no delete button.
Thank you!
Kind regards,
Tukingz_KK

Re: Removing an event
Hi,
the delete button for an event is disabled if you have already sent out the invitations, in that case, you can only cancel the event.
If you have not sent out the invitations yet, you can delete the event in the event edit page.

Ok, how do I cancel an event?
Re: Removing an event
To cancel an event, you just need to edit the event to cancel. On the edition page, in the "Event Automations" tab, you need to uncheck the "Auto Update Event Status". In the "Current Event Status" dropdown list, select the option "Cancelled - Other".
Do not forget to save your event!
Here is the visual example of what you must do.

Re: Removing an event
Regarding the Event Automations in your screen shot, the Automatic status change does not seem to work correctly for me.
In order to give players ample notice when we do not have enough players for an event I have the status change times set to 8 (or more) hours before event start time.
This does not work as I expect and I have had to manually cancel events in the past.
I'm assuming the times are based on my local time and calculated from the start time I enter for the event?
If this is not the case then what time are the automations based on and how do I compensate for adjustment to my local time?
Thanks!

Hi CruiseLite,
We are reviewing some of the issues we put on hold since we deployed the version 3.07.
To answer your question, all dates that are submitted to StatsGenie's are saved including your offset. Also, we showing dates on the website, we always "translate" the date to the offset of your current computer.
Are you still having the timing issue?

Hi folks! Sorry for the long delay in answering. The quick answer is "No, I'm not experiencing the timing issue".
I've not made any changes but at some point in the last few months it seemed to start working as expected.
2016 season is over but I'll be sure to monitor in 2017 for any issues.
Thanks for all your support and have a good holiday!!!
