Accepted - Queued

Hello,
My current event is still registering. I have 8 people invited and 7 have accepted but the website says only 4 are confirmed. The others say "Accepted - Queued" under status. These are all regular players and not Spare or Guests. I attached a screen shot to help describe the issue.
