Getting kicked out each time I start the Invitation Process

Hi,

We have been using Statsgenie for every tournament played since 2007, and now for the first time I am experiencing problems with the invitation process.
I am getting kicked out each time I push the "Start Invitations"-button.

I have tried several computers, and web browsers with the same result.

The emails are getting sent, but the status on the tournament is still not active. When answering the email I get accepted, though the tournament is not active.

On top of that I can not edit the status on the players, to change manually the players who has accepted.

Kinda frustrating. Please Help.

we were able to reproduce and fix your problem. All should be working fine now.

The issue was caused by some of your players having an old culture setting set to 'da'. This was valid in v2, but no longer in v3 (at least for now).

We have corrected all players not being 'en' or 'fr' and set the default to 'en'. We have corrected also v2 to v3 import to make sure this does not happen in the future.

Still some bugs though,

I had to start at new invitation, the other ones was cancelled. Thats ok. Could you remove the two cancelled with errors to clean up?

The bug now is that many of the players are getting Queued even though they are Regulars and there is places available.
Why are they queued?

Could you fix this?
It's a bit noisy from the players now.

According to us, the problem is that some players have answered "Declined" and you have subsequently changed their status manually. Is this the case? We will continue testing and fix that.

We have changed the status of players being "Accepted (Queued)" to "Accepted (reserved)." We have also removed both event who were canceled.

Thank you, it looks correct now.

I as an administrator accepted most of them manually, as they already have tried this on the two cancelled versions.

I know for a fact that the user "Alabama" accepted himself, as he was the first to do this, but he just got queued even though there very plenty of available seats.

Anyway, its all fixed now as far as I can see. It's a snag on user "Pondus7" which has an answering date and time, but now answer is showing. I do not think he has replied.
