can you tell us what your local time zone is. We will need to validate this and get back to you, There is a setting for timeZone by player, but I think it was removed a while back in favor of a new process, as it no longer shows in player configs.

HI, the based on net gains method does not assign any points to tournaments, so you should create a ranking grid with primary sort on net gains. If you use a tournament manager like "The tournament Director" and you have a ranking method configured inside your tournament manager software.....

There is no current way of doing this. If you are using TD or Dr.Neau to log your tournaments you can set your "Ranking Method" to manual in StatsGenie and it will import the points as calculated with your tournament manager. I know both offer ways to create custom ranking methods based on...

Are you using integrated StatsGenie export from TD, or exporting to XML then re-importing on StatsGenie?
If you are using integrated export, can you try with exported XML document, if it does not work, please send your tournament file to SupportSGv3@statsgenie.com and we will investigate.

the reason you cannot merge this way is because you cannot merge an activated account into a non activated (virtual) account.
We Have merged the virtual account into his old account, but changed his account email to the new one as per your request.
