Martin, Thanks for the reply. I am familiar with the settings that you mentioned. I am trying to understand what setting needs to be changed to stop the cancellation of the event 1 week prior to the event date if there was not enough people. Hello! I have an event scheduled for Friday March 15th and today people were receiving emails that it was cancelled. I realize there is some automation setting that I missed when setting up my new season. I do have a 5 player minimum and there is only 4 registered now so I suspect that was the issue...

Julien, I appreciate your response but that is only part of the problem. I realize you cannot cancel or delete an even while the invitation process is going but I tried to stop the invitation process and received an error. I tried to post the pic here but could not. Hi Julien,

My league is Comire Poker Tour and the event is scheduled for December 17th in the 2016 season. If you can delete the event that would be great. I would still like to know if the error I receive when trying to close an event can be fixed though....

Julien, I am still having issues with this. I just received an error when trying to close an event. Since I could not close the event, I could not delete it either. Please help as I need to either shut down this even or be able to make changes to the seating capacity. Right now, I cannot do either. ...

Hello, My current event is still registering. I have 8 people invited and 7 have accepted but the website says only 4 are confirmed. The others say "Accepted - Queued" under status. These are all regular players and not Spare or Guests. I attached a screen shot to help describe the issue. ...

Hello,
In v2, there was a way to kick off a reminder email for those who have not yet responded to an event. I can't seem to find that option in v3. I know there is an auto remind that you set the days prior but I cannot find a manual action.
